Greenlight Staffing Notifications – Website Content Instructions

Program Overview:

Greenlight is the internal staffing notification system operated by Radiology Associates Imaging for employed radiologists and authorized staff. The Greenlight program is used exclusively to request additional staffing coverage or communicate operational scheduling needs. These messages are strictly operational and are not marketing or promotional in nature.

How Employees Opt In:

Employees opt in to receive Greenlight SMS notifications during the HR onboarding process. During onboarding, employees:
• Provide their mobile phone number
• Review written consent language specific to Greenlight SMS notifications
• Voluntarily acknowledge and sign consent to receive operational staffing messages
• Confirm understanding of message purpose, frequency, and opt-out instructions

The onboarding documentation includes the following disclosure:
“By providing your mobile number, you consent to receive operational staffing notifications via text message from Radiology Associates Imaging (Greenlight program). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of employment.”

SMS is not used to collect initial consent.

Message Frequency:

Message frequency varies based on staffing needs but is typically low volume (generally one message per month or less per recipient).

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

Opt-Out Instructions:

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent unless you re-enable messaging by replying START. For assistance, reply HELP.
